Nassarawa State

Farin Ruwa Falls is a waterfall found in the central region of Nigeria. It is among the highest waterfalls in Nigeria. It is significant among Africa’s falls when the total height covered by the waterfall is considered. 

The Eggon Hills are a natural attraction in Nasarawa State, Nigeria, and the first settlement of the Eggon people, With its beautiful scenery and ambience.

This is a tourist site named after Captain C.W. Maloney, who was the British colonial representative in that area. Late Captain Moloney tomb is situated on a hill near Keffi. Late Captain Moloney, a colonialist was a victim of resistance against colonial rule by the people of the area then.

Ara Rock is a rock found in Ara Town in Nasarawa Local Government Area of Nasarawa State in central Nigeria. It achieves a remarkable height of about 120 metres (390 ft) above the surface of the neighbouring plains and it attracts many people to Ara town on sightseeing visits.

Akwanga is a Local Government Area (LGA) in Nasarawa State, Nigeria. The area has forest savannahs, which are dry woodlands with fertile alluvial soils.

Nasarawa National Park, formerly known as Marhai Forest Reserve in Nasarawa State, Nigeria, was officially designated as a national park in December 2024. This rich wildlife sanctuary is home to diverse species, including antelopes, monkeys, and rare birds, making it a vital conservation area and a haven for nature enthusiasts.
